Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order, but please contact us and we can provide some assistance.
What if I put the wrong address?
Princess Amelia Co will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. However, reach out to us prior to shipping and we can assist with correcting the shipment address.
What can I do if my items arrived damage?
Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order, via our contact page. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product(s).
